When you start maniaplanet on the right it says add/install games or something like that - then just choose elite. There aren't many servers (if any) here in Britain either, although my connection to the French ones are pretty good :D - Collapse
I've only been able to play battle, melee, and royal since there are very few servers in the US. I can't say I enjoy any of them all that much. I haven't even seen Elite, though. :(
